Kentucky Breeders Incentive Program SCHA is excited to announce approval for the continued participation in the Kentucky Breeders Incentive Program for the next three years. SCHA Futurity participants and those competing in the Junior Road Pony Championship earned an added $18,000 in 2021 for breeding and showing Kentucky Bred Hackneys!
